I love this time of year and getting to see the holiday cheer as we dress up our homes!
If there is anything "home" that you need please let me know! Maybe you have a friend/family member looking to sell and possibly to buy? The market has cooled with the interest rates so the bidding wars are slowing down meaning we have a chance now to tour homes and discuss options before you have to make a decision. It's nice to pause a second and feel out each home and property.
I also work with some fantastic lenders who are able to break down the mortgage process and explain the out of pocket expenses....let's get prepared! Whether you are ready NOW or owning a home is on your vision board...it is a good idea to start with finances. Learn your buying power AND maybe clean up a few credit oppsies so you will be ready when the time is right. I had to work closely with our lender when we moved here in 2012...we had a major hiccup and instead of letting it drag us down for years, we were able to buy a home within 3 years of a MAJOR life event. And to this day I use the tips that they explained to make us a more savvy saver as well as credit worthy.
I am a FULL TIME Realtor. I work around YOUR schedule including evenings and weekends. Keep in mind that it gets dark now at 5pm so if you want to walk some land...we need to do it before 4pm...OR your next day off:)
From start to finish, I will help you with inspections (and selecting an inspector), settlement attornies, negotiations, to reminding you to switch the utilities on (or off)...I am on the case for you!!
